Cash Payment is allowed before 3 days of the event. While depositing the Cash please tell your Name at the cash Counter. Send us an email at victoriasportfoundation8806@gmail.com mentioning Name, Mobile number, Email Id of all the Participants, Acknowledgement of Cash Deposit, Date & Name of the event, Amount deposited to enable us to check the credit entry in our Account.

You can also pay cash in V.S.F Office.

(Office Time: Monday to Friday – 9 am to 8 pm & Saturday 9 am to 7 pm. Sunday office will be closed.)

Please follow the given procedure to register for event through E-transfer…

1. Call VSF and confirm the availability of seat.

2. Transfer the money to “VSF” Account.

• E-Transfer is allowed before 3 days of the event. Send us an email at victoriasportfoundation8806@gmail.com mentioning Name, Mobile number, Email Id ,Age of all the Tourist of all the Participants, Screen shot of Amount Transferred or Acknowledgement copy of pay-in-slip, transaction ID / Ref. ID, Date & Name of the event, to enable us to check the credit entry in our Account. When you register online, It is assumed that you have gone through all the rules and have accepted it.

• Direct payment by E- Transfer does not automatically ensure entry to the event. Before transferring the amount, you are required to confirm with the VSF office if the seats are available. If amount is transferred without consulting the VSF office the registration will not be considered confirm if the seats are full and the amount will be refunded by cheque at office after 7 days from the date of Event.

• Registration will not be considered Valid till we receive the email giving all the details mentioned above. After receiving your mail we will send you the confirmation of your Participation for the event by Email.
